Helpdesk + IT operations · one platform

Run every client's IT from one place.

Okvia brings tickets, SLA clocks, email-to-ticket, device inventory, time tracking, and a client portal into a single platform — so your team and your clients work from the same place.

Already running a live help desk in production — now opening to more teams.

How it works

A request comes in. Okvia carries it the rest of the way.

Step 01

A request arrives

A client emails your support address or opens a ticket in their portal. Okvia routes it to the right organization automatically.

Step 02

The clock starts

Priority, assignment, and SLA targets attach on the way in. Response and resolution clocks count down — and pause when the ball is in the client's court.

Step 03

Work becomes record

Your team replies, logs time, and ties in the device. Hours roll into billing; the dashboard and reports assemble themselves.

One system, end to end

Everything a help desk actually needs — connected.

Not six disconnected tools bolted together. Tickets, assets, time, and the client portal share one spine, so nothing gets re-keyed and nothing gets lost.

Ticketing & SLA

Every ticket is on a clock.

Priority, category, and assignment on every ticket — with response and resolution targets that count down in real time. When you're waiting on the client, the clock pauses, so your SLA numbers stay honest.

Saved views, a full audit trail, and atomic ticket numbers keep a busy queue organized instead of overwhelming.

Email to ticket

Email becomes a ticket — and stays a conversation.

A client emails your support address and Okvia opens a ticket, routes it to the right org, and threads every reply back into one place — inline images, signatures, and attachments intact.

Your team answers from Okvia; the client just sees a normal email thread. Nothing falls through a shared inbox.

Client portal & 2FA

Your clients get a real portal, not a shared inbox.

Sign-in is gated to each client's own email domain, with two-factor authentication and one-time codesbuilt in. Client-side admins can see their whole org's tickets and get their own alerts.

Least-privilege by default: people see their organization's work and nothing else.

Device inventory

Know every device — and whether it's really online.

A lightweight agent reports each machine's hardware, OS, and installed software. Presence is honest: “online now” means the device actually checked in — offline machines show a real last-seen time, not a climbing fake uptime.

Every asset ties straight to the tickets and org it belongs to.

Time & billing

Time tracked turns into invoices.

Timers run on tickets and meetings, roll up into hour buckets, and flow into billing and draft invoices — so the work your team already did gets captured instead of forgotten.

Service contracts and billing modes are tracked per organization, with safeguards against runaway timers.

Dashboards & reports

See the whole operation at a glance.

Open load, SLA attainment, response times, and engineer activity — live on one dashboard. Scheduled reports land in your inbox on the cadence you set.

The numbers you'd bring to a client review are already assembled.

White-label

Your clients see your brand, not ours.

Okvia is built on an override-ready token system. Each client's portal can carry its own name and colors, so the people you support feel like they're in a tool made for them.

One platform to run, a tailored front door for every organization you serve.

Your team and your clients, finally in the same place.

No shared inbox, no re-keying between tools, no guessing where a ticket stands. One spine — from the first email to the invoice.

Okvia is onboarding its first customers.

It already runs a live help desk in production. We're opening it up to a small group of early customers — tell us about your team and we'll set up a look.
